Booking Policy:	A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over. All credit card payments will attract an additional charge 1.5% of the total invoice
Deposit Policy:	A $300 + 10% PRE-AUTHORISATION ON A CREDIT CARD & CURRENT PHOTO ID WILL BE REQUIRED AT CHECK IN. NO CASH BONDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Cancellation Policy:	A cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 48 hours of arrival time. If no arrival time is specified, 10pm of that day will be deemed the arrival time. Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card details provided for confirmation, or deducted from the reservation deposit. Quest Hero may at their absolute discretion alter these terms and conditions for specific bookings, and advise in writing, the terms and conditions that will apply (e.g. to group bookings or for peak period reservations). Cancellations must be made no less then 72 hours prior to arrival or a charge of one (1) night's accommodation plus 10% admin fee will be incurred onto the Guest's credit card. (Admin fee not applicable to cancellations made online.) Quest Hero Special Events Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to arrival will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 7-13 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night accommodation. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will forfeit all nights accommodation. (10% admin fee applicable for all phone/email cancellations and no-show. 10% admin fee not applicable only for online cancellation). Child Policy:	Child over 18 is considered as adult.
