|1. How far is Nova StarGate Apartment Hotel from the Melbourne airport?|
|Nova StarGate Apartment Hotel is located at the fringe of the Central Business District of Melbourne city which is a 30 minute drive from Melbourne's airport at Tullamarine. It costs about AUD$50 per way for taxi service to get to the airport. Otherwise, you can use the Skybus airport service which is AUD$18 per person per way. From the airport, Skybus will drop you at Nova Stargate door step. For your return way to the airport, we can also organise the Skybus or Taxi or tours for you as requested.|

|Check in time is 2:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.|
|3. What if I arrive earlier than the standard check in time?|
|Early check in is possible provided the rooms are cleaned and ready. However, they cannot be guaranteed. If you arrive early and your apartment is not ready, you may store your bags in our luggage room at our reception.|

|We are 2 minutes walking distance to shops and transport. Also the taxi service at the Reception is also available. Melbourne The tram is just 2 minutes away. The hotel is also 300 metres from the free City Circle Tram which will fetch you to most tourist attractions around the City.|

The standard apartment offering a double/queen has a microwave only whereas each one-bedroom apartment offering a double/queen or twin beds is equipped with a two-hot plate cook top. The standard two-bedroom has a queen and a single bed whereas the superior two-bed room apartment has a queen and two single beds and both types of apartments have a full kitchen and is self-contained. Tea, coffee and milk are provided free of charge.|
