Booking Policy:	A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.
Deposit Policy:	One night booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking. Over any Major Events full payment is required at time of booking & no refunds are available. Major Events are Melbourne Cup week, Grand Final Weekend,Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Cox Plate, Caufield Cup, Dandenong stadium special events & Caulfield Guineas,
Cancellation Policy:	We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided. An administration charge of AU$30 applies to all cancellations. No refunds for early departure. Over any Major Events full payment is required at time of booking & no refunds are available.
Child Policy:	Child over 14 is considered as adult.Child aged 3 and under is free.
Noshow Policy:	If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$30. Over any Major Events full payment is required at time of booking & no refunds are available.
Other Policy:	1. Keys will be made available once the balance of payment has been received in full. Upon departure all keys are to be returned to the operator. 2. All guests under 18 years old must be supervised by an adult. 3. The maximum number of people per apartment type includes children. 4. PARTIES OR GROUP GATHERING EVENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Guests must not use or allow the premises to be used for any illegal purposes. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental. 5. Credit card must be presented upon check in. If no credit card, a cash bond equivalent to one night stay for the apartment is required upon check in. 6. Photographic identification (to be photocopied) must be presented upon check in. 7. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted inside buildings. We are a 100% non-smoking property. Any guest smoking in the rooms will be charged a AU$150 cleaning fee. This is not negotiable. 8. All premises are to be left in a satisfactory clean and tidy. In the event of excessive cleaning requirements, an extra cleaning fee of $50 - $100 will be charged to the guest?s account.
