Booking Policy:	A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over. Credit card authorisation or cash security bond is required upon check-in. Valid photo identification required at check-in. Late checkout is based on availability on day of departure and cannot be guaranteed. Late check out fee is: Up to 2pm - 50 AUD Up to 4pm - 70 AUD After 4pm - Full night accommodation fee applies.
Deposit Policy:	100% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking. Any foreign Master/Visa Card will be charged 2.8% overseas transaction fee, and all American Express Card and Diners Card will be charged 2.8% for the surcharge.
Cancellation Policy:	We require 48 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
Child Policy:	Children under 5 free when staying in existing bedding.
Noshow Policy:	If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge total amount of room charge for number of rooms booked.
Other Policy:	Room Clean every day from Monday to Saturday. No service on Sunday and public holidays, contact reception if need help. Lost or not return the room keys will be charged $150.00. The hotel rooms are 100% smoke-free. A $200 AUD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy so that their room may be properly refreshed.
